I am a dancer, a teacher and a choreographer of contemporary dance. For 5 years I have been teaching modern dance and stretching. It is interesting for me to study the possibilities of the body and work with it. I constantly attend master classes, both from teachers from Ukraine and from foreign teachers. In my classes I use different techniques of work with the body, psychology, anatomy.

* improve the physical state of the body;

* improve posture;
* normalize muscle tone;
* You can also work on your request.
I give lessons on English or French languages.
