Hi there! My name is Jorezza, I’ve been teaching for seven years now. My background is a bit of a mix, which I think is perfect for teaching. I’ve taught everything from children to teengares, so I’m comfortable with all ages. I’ve also been a private tutor since 2019, where I focus on making reading and writing actually fun for my students.

My experience as an online educator during the pandemic taught me that the biggest challenge in language acquisition is maintaining student focus and "mental presence." To combat this, I developed a curriculum that prioritizes active engagement. I begin my sessions with movement-based warm-ups to prime students for learning, and I ensure a high level of interaction with every slide or concept presented. From my experience, this constant feedback loop is the most effective way to prevent the "focus fatigue" often found in language studies.

One of my core strengths is teaching Writing and Grammar through the "Show, Don’t Tell" method. I believe that for a student to truly master English, they must move beyond rote memorization. I guide my students to use their senses to understand how verbs and descriptive language work in practice. This approach has proven particularly effective for Exam Preparation, as it helps students produce the sophisticated, creative, and precise writing that examiners look for in top-tier candidates.
